In addition to this, we’ve been awarded 4 patents across the world and have another 3 patents pending. This makes RYSE’s unique intellectual property both strong and defensible.

Multiple Markets & Product Applications
As you noticed in the previous section, our company has gained a lot of traction and experienced a lot of growth so far. A lot of this growth has been driven by our focus on the residential market, which is where most of our sales have been to date.

An Exciting Product Roadmap
Although we’ve experienced a lot of traction since we’ve started, we’re not slowing down on the product and R&D front by any means. Version 2.0 of our SmartShade is well into development and that is truly just the beginning of our product roadmap.
Currently, the RYSE SmartShade is designed to work with any shades with a looped beaded chain. These are generally roller shades and roman shades. Though our second generation is functional, beautiful, and will transform millions of existing shades, we’re not content stopping here.
Our ethos is to continue to innovate and disrupt the smart home industry with forward-thinking products that will make life at home, the office, and hotels comfortable. Each of these different spaces have different types, styles, and sizes of window coverings.
For the next few years, we intend to continue to develop multiple iterations of the RYSE SmartShade so it can adapt to multiple shade, blind, and curtain types.
