Lead by Adam Neumann – the founder of WeWork – Flow aims to disrupt residential real estate through technology and the company is already valued at over $1 billion.They are creating community-driven and technologically advanced residential units, and are demoing the RYSE SmartShade to provide tenants with the comfort of automated shades.Our pilot project in their luxurious, downtown Miami locations is well underway and you can see our SmartShade installed on their large, floor-to-ceiling windows in the clip below. |
